  • Custom photo jewelry and charms created from customer-uploaded images
  • Premade jewelry designs and charms
  • Chains, bracelets, necklaces, and related accessories

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.

3. Custom Photo Uploads

By uploading an image to our Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the rights to the image or have permission to use it
  • The image does not infringe on any third-party copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights
  • The image does not contain unlawful, abusive, hateful, defamatory, or explicit content
  • The image does not violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or remove any order containing content we determine to be inappropriate or potentially infringing.

You retain ownership of your uploaded content. However, by submitting images to us, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and process the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and providing customer support.

4. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, branding, product designs, graphics, text, images, and site functionality are owned by or licensed to Daphnie & Co and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce our designs
  • Resell our products without permission
  • Use our branding or content without written consent

5. Product Variations & Handmade Nature

Due to the handmade and customized nature of many products:

  • Slight variations in color, placement, sizing, or appearance may occur
  • Product photos are for illustrative purposes only
  • Screen/device displays may affect perceived colors

These variations are not considered defects.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors
  • Change pricing without notice
  • Refuse or cancel orders due to incorrect pricing or suspected fraud

Payments are securely processed through Shopify and its supported payment providers. We do not store your payment information.

7. Order Processing & Shipping

Processing times may vary, especially for custom products.

Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather
  • Holidays
  • Supply chain disruptions

We are not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Custom Products

Due to the personalized nature of custom jewelry and photo charms:

  • Custom orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable
  • Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@daphniecojewelry.com.

Premade Products

Unused premade products may be eligible for return within [14] days of delivery, subject to approval.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original condition
  • Include original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Site
  • Interfere with Site functionality
  • Use automated scraping or bots without permission

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daphnie & Co shall not be liable for:

  • Delays outside our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for misuse of products.
