Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

This includes:

  • Custom photo jewelry
  • Personalized charms
  • Premade charm designs
  • Bracelets, necklaces, and chains

Orders are shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS).

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States

  • Standard USPS Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • High order volume

Custom Pieces

Because custom jewelry and personalized photo charms are created specifically for each customer:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom pieces
  • Custom items cannot be resold or repurposed once created

Please carefully review all uploaded photos, customization details, and shipping information before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Contains a manufacturing defect
  • Does not match what was requested

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [Your Email Address].

When reaching out, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Premade & Non-Custom Items

Returns for non-custom items may be accepted on a case-by-case basis if:

  • The item is unused
  • The item is returned in original condition
  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
  • Delivery delays caused by address issues
  • Packages lost due to incorrect shipping information
